Airmen self accounting steps -when an event occurs -report status & whereabouts to your command -log on to AFPAAS Step 1: self account for event Step 2: update location & contact information Step 3: complete needs survey (IF required)

-Commanders designated representative -Has ability to report status, by name, for all airmen & family members assigned or subordinate to their PAS code in their hierarchy May also: -view accounting summaries -view accounting detail reports -search for affected individuals -account for individuals
