Answer: Meets Customer, ask if they’re here to see anyone specific. Make a great first impression!

Q: Fact Finding

Answer: -Find out the facts!-What is the customer looking for?-what are they paying with? cash, credit, etc.-Ask what are they driving now?-Have their needs changed?

Q: Select a Vehicle

Answer: -Narrow down to what the guest is looking for.-Narrow down to appearance, economy, safety, etc.

Q: Presentation and Demo

Answer: -Single out the vehicle so there are no distractions for your guest.-Start at the sticker for price transparency. it will give you a cheat sheet to look at features so you don’t have to recite them all from memory.-Start Demo with salesman driving-Find a good time to switch so the customer can drive.

Q: Trial Close

Answer: -Could be anywhere in the process but basically finding out if the customer could see themselves taking this home, or if terms and figures are agreeable, would they buy this car today?
